A six-day ride from hacienda to hacienda provides hands-on opportunities to work alongside Mexican charros.

In addition to being master horsemen, charros are known for their skill and artistry with a rope. Here, local guide and charro, Eugenio Macias Guerra, gives a standing demonstration of “floreo de reata,” or flowers of rope.
