At Dragonfly Saddlery we are members of the Society of Master Saddlers. We have two qualified saddlers at the shop, for help & advice, who passed their City & Guilds exams in 1981 & 1983 respectively.
We sell saddles in our shop in Hassocks along side other equestrian equipment & equestrian clothing.
Some of our brands include Fieldhouse (GFS) Lovatt & Ricketts (L&R Saddles), Ideal, Pessoa, Anky, Prestige, Jeffries, Black Country & Thorowgood. We also sell matching bridles, reins, martingales, breastplates, stirrup leathers & girths.
We offer a repair service for all bridlework & saddlery, rug & pet bed washing & repair.
Our saddle fitter is Richard & he comes to you for saddle fitting in Sussex, Surrey, parts of Kent & London. We cater for all sizes of horse or pony from the childrens' Shetland to big competition horses.
Other accessories include numnahs, saddle cloths & saddle pads from Polypads, Griffin Nuumed & Prolite.
We are stockists of bits from Neue Schule & Abbey.
Horses & ponies are also catered for with rugs – coolers, summer sheets, turnout rugs, fly rugs, summer sheets, exercise rugs, & stable rugs from Bucas, Castle, Premier Equine, Horseware, Thermatex & Shires. Boots come from Equilibrium, NEW Equine Wear, Prolite & Eskadron
All riders & spectators are welcome, whether riders at a riding school or those who spectate at the big events & need warm, practical clothing.

New to our new bigger shop is our pet department where you can find stylish collars & leads, pet beds, toys, bowls, grooming equipment, harnesses, collar tags. Not the usual run of the mill lines, but all chosen with care & road tested by our two resident shop dogs!
